Many thanks to Lotoya for not only listening to me, but HEARING what I was saying! Had been in a great deal of pain for months, but as soon as I saw Lotoya, she knew exactly what the problem was, and immediately set about putting it right. Would recommend her to anyone who is in pain. Thanks again.
