Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury or illness in the future. It takes a holistic approach that involves the patient directly in their own care.
Acupuncture, acupressure, and cupping are used to reduce pain by stimulating the brain and spinal cord to produce natural pain-relieving chemicals such as endorphins, melatonin (which helps improve sleep), and serotonin (to promote well being).
We offer Sports, deep tissue, trigger point, and Swedish massage to help relieve aches and pains associated with stress, tension, anxiety, arthritis, back problems and muscular problems. Massage can support your healing journey & help maintain optimum range of movement.
We’re offer placements for physio & occupational therapy degree students. Occupational therapy helps you live your best life whether thats helping you overcome challenges learning at school, functioning at work, playing your favourite sport or simply doing the dishes.
We are a therapeutic and holistic centre operating across the West Midlands. We specialise in a range of treatments to support positive health and wellbeing, from general conditioning to injury rehabilitation.
We support our community by offering collaborations with local services and organisations to support the population of the West Midlands in maintaining a ‘well life’.
Discounted sessions are available through our student-led clinics, or our loyalty card scheme.
Our goal is to provide a Holistic Health Centre that can address multiple patient needs. We don’t believe in treating an injury in isolation. For our patient’s to have the best chance of returning to a full and well life, the impacts of the injury need to be addressed as well.
To this end we have therapy spaces available to a broad spectrum of therapists and counsellors, as well as a meeting and training room for collaboration.

Lotoya has been a star in delivering the customised Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (in addition to her Musculoskeletal input) to my client over the past year. Collaborative working is making it possible for me to stay in touch with his Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy care and this experience will help me in future for the care of others in a similar situation.
