He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and really knew what he was doing. The treatment was effective, professional, and tailored exactly to what I needed. Had a fantastic full body massage with Emily and Niamh (a student from Worcester University). The whole experience was amazing — the staff are lovely and welcoming.
