After the initial assessment, these 30min sessions focus on feedback from the previous session and progression of your treatment. Treatments can include Exercise Advice, Sports Injury Rehab, Back Care, Ultrasound / Electrotherapy, Strength + Conditioning Training, Ergonomics advice / Activity Modification, Postural Settings / Taping

While it is best to get treatment at the clinic in order to benefit from full access to equipment, we understand that this is not always possible. Home Visit requests are assessed on a case by case basis, and are subject to eligibility criteria and therapist availability.

We are able to assist with telephone or video consultations in extreme cases. Please be aware that these sessions cannot, by nature, have the same level of benefit as an in-person session.

Occasionally we produce online classes as different community needs are identified. These will be advertised on our social media channels, are directly to any patients who have expressed a specific need or interest.

Sports, Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Trigger Point massage, combined and customised to your specific goals. Session includes time taken to set-up before and get dressed after. 30min is suitable for focusing on one specific body area, for example, neck & shoulders, back, or legs.
