We work with children from 5 years old with injuries, aches and pains and occupational therapy. Elderly adults who are more frail and at risk of injury, increased pain and have a higher risk of falls and hospital admissions.

We have first contact practitioners (FCP’s) and advanced practitioners available to offload GP’s workload and support with community orthopaedics and diagnostics. We welcome individual patient, group, or condition-based referrals. We are also available to provide bespoke short, medium, or long-term service delivery. As our colleagues in the NHS have ever-increasing demands on their resources, Well Life can assist by offering supplementary services and quick access to healthcare.
Our occupational health services aim to prevent staff sickness absence, repetitive strain injuries, and problems related to poor ergonomics and posture. With so many people working from home, and reduced normal activity, it is essential to implement good working practices and appropriate self-care programs. Well Life have extensive experience in assessing and treating work-related injury or musculoskeletal disorders. We offer functional capacity assessments and reports to aid employees and employees with complex cases and longterm sickness absence. These services can be delivered in-person, or via video and telephone.

We work with athletes who are injured and looking to get back to fitness and return to their chosen field, those who are looking for maintenance physio throughout their competition period and those who are preparing for important events.
We recognise that in the pursuit of optimal health and fitness, expert advice and intervention facilitates improved performance and reduces injuries. We provide prehab and rehabilitation advice, technique correction, strength & conditioning programs, and nutritional advice. Our staff have experience of participating and working in a variety of sporting disciplines. This includes football, gymnastics, kickboxing, boxing, MMA, badminton, cycling and swimming, amongst others. We welcome partnerships with local gyms, leisure centres, sports clubs, and event providers.
Our therapists are available for Care Home visits, for individual residents or group classes. These help maintain mobility, independence, and mental wellbeing.
Our sports therapist and students are available for sporting events, from football matches and martial arts tournaments to fun-runs.
