Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by a member of our team. Before we begin, we’ll kindly ask you to complete a consent to treatment form, which may be provided by one of our qualified physiotherapists, sports therapists, or supervised students as part of our team.
Following this, you’ll be directed to one of our treatment rooms, where we’ll take the time to get to know you, understand your concerns, and discuss the reasons you’ve sought our support. This initial conversation helps us tailor your care , to meet your individual needs and goals. Following this, a physical examination will be carried out to help us gain a clearer understanding of your condition and guide us toward an accurate diagnosis.
Once the assessment is complete, your therapist will explain their findings, discuss what may be contributing to your symptoms, and work collaboratively with you to set treatment goals and develop a personalised plan tailored to your needs.
*If you have been referred to us by your employer, this may differ according to their procedural requirements.
Each follow up treatment session will include reassessment of your condition to establish progress. You will then be given any necessary agreed treatment.
