A Well established and trusted private healthcare provider

Well Life Physiotherapy & Massage was founded by CEO and Lead Physiotherapist Lotoya Neil. From humble beginnings in a residential setting, we have now grown and expanded our service offering at our private practice in the heart of Oldbury, Sandwell. We deliver bespoke physiotherapy services in collaboration with local businesses, the NHS, sports clubs, and social care settings. The majority of our patients benefit from therapy and rehabilitation in our private practice clinic, which has excellent access to transport links and local amenities. The clinic delivers a variety of professional services tailored to maintaining and improving the wellbeing of its patients. Our treatments are always tailored to suit individual needs to ensure that patients get the best service possible.
We aim to be at the forefront of research and education, to provide patients with value for money, and evidence-based treatments. We work closely with higher education institutions to educate and provide practical experience to the next generation of physiotherapists, sports therapists & Occupational therapists.

Our Mission, Vision and Values
We are a well established and trusted private healthcare provider of physiotherapy, sports therapy and occupational therapy operating across the West Midlands. We have specialist therapists who treat TMJ Disorder, and complex long term or rare conditions. We also treat a range of disorders causing joint pain, muscle pain, knee pain, and back pain such as sciatica. We aim to help you achieve your general strength and conditioning or injury rehabilitation goals.
We support our community by offering collaborations with local services and organisations to support the population of West Midlands in maintaining a ‘well life’.
Discounted sessions are available when your session is delivered by our university students, or when you are refer a friend, or are referred by friends and family – a little thank you for helping us to support the future generations.
Our goal is to provide a holistic health centre that can address multiple patient needs. We don’t believe in treating an injury in isolation. For our patient’s to have the best chance of returning to a full and well life, the impacts of the injury need to be addressed as well.
To this end we have therapy spaces available to a broad spectrum of therapists and counsellors, as well as a meeting and training room for collaboration.
