About Bookings And Home Visit Requests
For patients who are unable to attend appointments in clinic, we offer a home visit service for those who are eligible and bring the physio to your front room.
A home visit lasts for 45 minutes and can help those who are struggling to become more mobile around the home, build confidence and reduce risk of falls.
Home visits are beneficial for those:
- Who are housebound (or even bedbound) to become more mobile and keep muscles and joints moving to enable them to have a comfortable and more mobile life.
- Those who are at risk of falls and require physio and occupational therapy to build their confidence, help with balance and making their home a safer environment to reduce their risk of falls.
Eligibility criteria for home visits does apply. We always encourage patients to attend sessions in clinic as we have more equipment at our disposal that we are unable to travel with.
Home visit availability is limited weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm and the location must fall within 5 miles of our Oldbury clinic.
